Maxine Hazebroek: It's the universe I tell ya...

Or more like total embarrassment that has led to this post. Over at Maxines Melange I've just sponsored the Let's Get Shabby challenge blog for this month and it's meant people are coming here for a look-see. And yep, the last time I updated was...eek.....April. So here I am....clambering to put some inspiration on here.

If you get a chance, please enter the Let's Get Shabby challenge, it is a lot of fun...it totally hooked me in, and well those that know me, already know I'm a bit of a shabby chic girl at heart. So I've designed another 4 new kits for Maxines Melange all with a shabby chic twist.

Here's a glimpse at the first one, it's this gorgeous shabby chic pin cushion chair.

My second kit is this adorable mini Christmas album. The front of the album is a shadow box and you'll learn how to create the album from scratch with the kit. You can see it here.

And then continuing on with the shabby chic theme is this key chain sander, complete with sweet charms and a tiny cotton reel. Wouldn't it look just gorgeous hanging from your tote? You can see this kit here.

The Let's Get Shabby challenge is to design a project around one of the following kitchens:-

One piece of fabric
Two die cut shapes
Three colours from your chosen kitchen. (These will need to be your dominant colours)
